Helping Christian Business Leaders Thrive
Christian Business Advisory Groups
In a 2019 article, it was found that 75% of CEOs experience loneliness, with many attributing this feeling to the inability to share vulnerabilities and the burden of decision-making.

Who We Are
Mission Statement: We exist to help Christian business leaders thrive in their faith, family, health, and businesses.
In the heart of every man is a desire for purpose, community, and success. We are a brotherhood of men that exist for something bigger than ourselves.
“Legacy” is the long-lasting impact of particular events or actions. Legacy Leaders are men of big vision that are committed to winning together, forming deep and meaningful relationships, while making an impact that lasts.
We believe that if we are merely “winning” in the bottom line of business, but not in our faith and with our families, then we aren’t winning.
Core Values of Legacy Leaders Groups:
Longevity
L
We are men who care about our legacies by prioritizing health for longevity.
“A good man leaves an inheritance to his children’s children, but the wealth of the sinner is stored up for the righteous.” - Proverbs 13:22 NKJV
Excellence
E
We do all things with excellence.
“Do you see someone skilled in their work? They will serve before kings; they will not serve before officials of low rank.” - Proverbs 22:29 NIV
Growth
G
We approach life with growth in mind.
“Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.” - Philippians 3:13a-14 NIV
Abundance
A
We believe God’s will for us is abundant provision and our abundant generosity.
“Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.” - Luke 6:38 NIV
Connection
C
Our first priority is connection with God, which flows out into love and service for others.
(a prayer of Jesus): “that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me.” - John 17:21 NIV
Yes-Minded
Y
We are faith-filled, proactive, and solutions-oriented. We say “yes we can,” when others would list the reasons why we can’t.
“What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?” - Romans 8:31 NIV

FAQs
-
We meet in person once per month for 6.5 hours in a professional event space. It’s a dedicated time to work ON your business, not IN your business. A time to work ON yourself, not just push through another day.
The time includes 2 leadership lessons, a chef-curated lunch experience, and breakout sessions for group collaboration.
-
Our dress code is most closely aligned with “Business Casual.”
For Men:
Tops: Collared shirts (polo, button-down), sweaters, or casual blazers. Avoid T-shirts or anything too casual like graphic tees.
Bottoms: Khakis, chinos, or dress trousers. No jeans or shorts.
Shoes: Loafers, brogues, or dress shoes. Clean and not overly casual sneakers.

To ensure that the discussions within Legacy Leaders remain confidential and secure, all members will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). This is in place to protect the privacy of personal matters shared within the group, fostering an environment of trust and openness. Additionally, the NDA helps safeguard valuable intellectual property, ensuring that the insights and strategies discussed are kept within the group for the benefit of all members. This commitment to confidentiality is vital as we work together to grow and build a lasting legacy.
-
Legacy Leaders is currently a men’s-only group, as our discussions will focus on topics that are deeply personal and specific to manhood, leadership, and family dynamics. We believe this focused environment will provide a space for authentic conversations and growth. While we value and welcome contributions from all, at this stage, the group is designed specifically for men who are looking to explore these matters together.
-
Legacy Leaders is a carefully curated community, and as such, membership is by invitation only. New members must be invited by a current member and are required to fill out an application. The application will be reviewed by the Legacy Leaders board to ensure alignment with the values and goals of the group. This approach allows us to maintain the integrity and focus of the community while ensuring it remains a space for those who are committed to personal and professional growth.
-
Legacy Leaders is different from other business advisory groups because we focus on the holistic success of our members—not just financial gain, but spiritual health, family life, and personal growth. While many business groups emphasize profit, we prioritize purpose and well-being, encouraging our members to thrive in their faith, health, and relationships, alongside their businesses.
At the core of Legacy Leaders is the brotherhood we build. Our cohorts are intentionally designed to foster deep, authentic relationships where men not only support each other professionally but also personally. We encourage our members to do life—and business—together, creating a lasting network of men who genuinely care about one another’s success and growth. It’s a community where business development is interwoven with spiritual and relational development, so every man can grow in all aspects of life, building a legacy that lasts beyond financial success.
-
Annually, one of the monthly sessions will take place on a 3 day out-of-town trip.
The first trip that Legacy Leaders is taking together is to Washington D.C., featuring a personal tour of the Museum of the Bible and visits to key historical monuments. This trip will offer valuable insights into faith’s role in American history, while providing time for bonding, fellowship, and fun as members strengthen their connections and grow in their shared mission of faith-driven leadership.
Flights, gas, hotels, and most meals will be at the additional expense for the members, but Legacy Leaders will cover the expense of the dinners for its members.
-
We recommend that the monthly membership fee for Legacy Leaders be covered through the business that the leader is a part of. Ideally, this should come from a personal development or professional growth budget within the company. By doing so, the investment in the community is aligned with the leader’s commitment to growth and the continued development of their leadership skills, ultimately benefiting both the individual and the organization.
-
Membership in Legacy Leaders includes a variety of valuable resources to support both your personal and professional growth. Each month, members attend in-person meetings where they engage in leadership development, business planning, and spiritual growth. As part of this exclusive community, you gain access to both the current leaders and the cohort of men, allowing for meaningful connections and collaborations.
Additionally, members receive regular emails filled with spiritual and professional resources, designed to help you grow in all areas of life. In the near future, we will also be launching an online portal, which will house exclusive content—from business strategies to faith-based leadership resources—available to members through their private login. This platform will serve as an ever-growing resource for our community, ensuring continued development and access to valuable tools.
-
We are asking men to commit to at least 3 straight months of attending Legacy Leaders in person in order to form some quality connections and get a real feel for what the group is all about.
Like in anything, you get out what you put in.
After the initial 3 months, it is month to month. One month’s advanced notice is requested for cancelling membership.
